Exceptional
Not in a busy or loud street but easily within walking distance to bangla road, lots of shops, restaurants, bars, beach etc close by. Staff are lovely and go out of there way to help, room was clean, breakfast was nice. No complaints.

Extremely satisfying stay at Patong (+ excellent location!)
Very clean hotel, extremely well located (5min walk from the beach) and near all restaurants. Very clean and fun swimming pool.
The breakfast was good but could be better (not very diversified).

Lovely!!
Suppose you want to have a Thai experience, which is not in the minimalistic hotels, where the walls and furniture are plain old Janes. This hotel has character. It has a history, it is almost 35 years old!! The place is peaceful and quiet, but right beside the craziness that Phuket is famous for (almost 15 minutes walk from Bangla Street and 8 minutes from the beach) We loved the place and the pool. Very clean and welcoming. The hosts are great people and very helpful! The furniture is very Thai, the building is very old school great for people who want to live right in the culture.
No breakfast buffet. Food is A La Carte and only Thai.

What was the highlight of Patong Palace Hotel
Great stay in the middle of Patong, but it feels like you are in a little oases.
We loved the staff, the location and the price-quality. The hotel is right in Patong, but as it's a little bit of the main road, so feel like you are in a very quite place. The garden is lovely, everywhere green and the room has all the necessary things.
I would for example change the beds at the swimming pool, because they look pretty outdated. For the rest, especially price/quality, we couldn't complain.
